24 Hour Appointment Change/Cancellation Policy

Effective immediately, you must speak with the receptionist if you wish to cancel an appointment. Changes or cancellations will not be accepted by voice mail or email.

Reminder emails for all appointments are sent 7 days and 48 hours prior to appointments. In order to ensure you receive these reminders, please update your information with the receptionist as required.

Please note cancellation charges will apply for no shows or failure to cancel within the prescribed time.
